RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our products unless explicitly noted in the product listing description and/or return policy.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt in new unworn condition for a full refund.

For returns and exchanges, simply contact us for a return authorization number (RMA), ship the item(s) back and we will process the return or exchange accordingly.

We reserve the right to decline refunds and/or exchanges for items with obvious wear which we deem used or not in new condition.  This determination will be made at our discretion upon reviewing of returned item(s).

Due to the nature of how earring jewelry is worn on the body and requires re-sterilization, earrings cannot be returned.

Custom, customized and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.  This includes custom pendants, ring sizes, chain lengths, engravings and etc.

Our company takes fraud and counterfeit very seriously, and anyone caught trying to commit either will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Our products are triple verified with our quality assurance process prior to shipment to ensure accurate orders and authenticity of product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion for items used, worn, not in new condition and/or not matching in weight, quality and etc. than was originally sold.
