Price Matching Guarantee

POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase knowing you received the best value and will match the price at select online retailers for identical products.

Eligible online retailers include:  Amazon.com, BloomingDales.com, BlueNile.com, Costco.com, Jared.com, JCPenny.com, Kay.com, Macys.com, Nordstrom.com, SamsClub.com, Walmart.com, Zales.com

Price matching may be requested at time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase.

 

GUIDELINES AND LIMITATIONS

  • The price match guarantee only applies to products that are in stock at the competitor's website.
  • The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If we are not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request. 
  • The item must be the identical item, size, length, width, dimensions, weight, material, color, quantity, grade and etc.
  • It must be in stock for shipping and delivery/pickup at the time of Price Match for approved online competitors.
  • Offers found on deal websites will be validated at the retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
  • No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock to match a competitor's price.
  • The guarantee does not apply to closeout sales, liquidation sales, and damaged or refurbished items.
  • The guarantee does not apply to prices offered by sellers on online marketplaces (such as Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, etc.)
  • The guarantee does not apply to products bought with a coupon or a promotional code.
  • The guarantee does not apply to services, custom pieces, or personalized jewelry.
  • The guarantee is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for online competitor matches.

 

EXCLUSIONS

  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
  • Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor lightning sales (including Amazon Prime), coupon offers, loyalty cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
  • “Marketplace” prices from third party sellers.

 

REQUEST PROCESS

To request a price match, simply email our customer service team (contact@drewsjewels.com) an image or screenshot of the webpage ad along with the URL link to the competitor’s website product page.  Please also include the item description and order number if price matching after purchase.

Upon receiving the request, our representative will perform an approval verification.
